Retail sales assistant
As a retail sales assistant, you are the good soul of our shop and the number one contact person when a customer needs advice. You advise our customers and take care of the presentation of the goods, so that the decision to buy is a little easier. You regularly restock the shelves so that they are not empty.
At the checkout, you have to keep an eye on things even when there are a lot of customers. But you will not only spend your training in the sales rooms, but also in one of our spacious offices. This means, of course, that you will learn how to make invoices, order new goods and arrange delivery dates.
This is undoubtedly only a small insight into your future training as a retail salesperson.
Your tasks with us are:
- Customer advice / support on site in our shop and on the phone
- Selling clothing and spare parts in our shop
- Presenting and labelling our goods
- Cashiering
- And much more
Your requirements profile:
- At least intermediate school leaving certificate
- Good grades in German, mathematics and English
- Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of foreign languages in English would be an advantage
- Logical thinking and independent learning
- Technical understanding
You are perfect for the apprenticeship if you:

- Have a class B driving licence (not mandatory)
