Lighter, more elegant, breathtaking

The Hypermotard with its fairing in classic Duacti red is truly a feast for the eyes. Sporty, dynamic, wild - just the thing for adrenaline junkies who want to maintain full control despite maximum riding fun.  But despite all the enthusiasm for this fun bike, we wanted to pimp this piece of jewellery a little.

Firstly, we swapped the traditional red panelling for the carbon panelling. Why did we decide in favour of carbon? We love the wow effect that is created when light hits the fairing and it shimmers in various shades of metallic grey depending on the light and viewing angle. This combination of deep black, glossy finish and the dynamic interplay of light and shadow gives us goosebumps every time. The characteristic, unique pattern of the carbon fibres gives the Duacti a modern and technical look. The use of carbon also reduces weight and increases performance through better weight distribution.

Inconspicuous components in muted colours, such as wheel nuts, plugs, screws etc., have been replaced by high-quality red anodised accessories from DBK Special Parts, formerly Ducabike. This creates visual accents that make the bike look even more interesting and valuable. The red sprocket flange made of high-strength aluminium impresses with its dynamic shape.

The black rims can be spiced up with rim edge stickers for little money. We have opted for red stickers with white Ducati lettering as a contrast to the now black machine.

The height-adjustable footrests with milled profile and bi-colour design, also from DBK, provide more grip and a more pleasant riding experience. Can be used by both the rider and the pillion passenger.

The angular red anodised reservoir caps add that certain something to the handlebars. The carbon look is repeated on the lids in the ticking.

We were particularly taken with the beautifully crafted fuel filler cap. As you would expect, we opted for the colours red and black here too. The inner part is also available in other colours.

Conclusion:

The new fairing and the many accessories from DBK have given the Ducati Hypermotard a real facelift. It is now more elegant, looks more valuable and modern and weighs less, resulting in better handling and riding behaviour.
