QUESTIONS ABOUT ONLINE ORDERING

I find several variants of an item I am looking for. Both have the same part number, but one has a "-Z" at the end. Which one is the correct one or what is the difference?

Original spare parts are only available in limited quantities, as manufacturers stop production at a certain point. In order to be able to offer our customers the best possible range of spare parts at all times, we have decided to look out in good time for accessory items that are as similar as possible to the original parts. We call these accessory items like the original parts with the suffix "-Z" to make clear that they can be installed on the same motorcycles and have the same or even better quality, but are not original parts.

I can't find an item from Moto Guzzi, Ducati or Aprilia in the online store.

Please enter the articles without the "GU" at the beginning or the separators.

Can I cancel my orders?

Yes as long as they are not yet packed and shipped.

Can I view my orders online?

Once you have registered, you can view the status and all information about your orders online in your customer account.

What is the minimum order value?

Our minimum order value is 15 €. Below this value we charge a minimum quantity surcharge in the amount of 5 €

QUESTIONS ABOUT PAYMENT / INVOICE

I have already paid via PayPal, what happens if I cancel my order or an item is no longer available?

You have only given us a release to collect the money from your PayPal account if needed, so we do not have any payment from you yet. This release lasts about 28 days. If a part is no longer available or you want to cancel your order, we will of course not collect the amount.

Can I pay in a currency other than euros?

No, all payments are processed in Euro.

What payment options do I have?

We offer the following payment options:

QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIME

From when is a subsequent delivery free of shipping costs?

A subsequent delivery within Germany is free of shipping costs if the value of the subsequent delivery is 25€ or more.

Can you not send the seals as a letter? That saves the high shipping costs.

Shipping in a letter is not possible for insurance reasons. Through a shipping flat rate you pay for each package size and number the same amount of shipping costs.

Do you also deliver to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please take a look at the payment and shipping page for more information

"Delivery time 2-8 weeks", can it be shorter?

For some items, you do not need to allow the full 8 weeks as a delivery time. For items where the manufacturer does not specify a delivery date, we give this as an approximate guide.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

The item I bought does not fit my bike, can I send it back to you?

We give our customers a 90 day return policy, if within this period you find that the item does not fit you are welcome to contact us and we will find a solution to the problem.

What does NML mean?

NML is the abbreviation for "No longer available". The item is no longer produced by the manufacturer.
