MOTUL DOT 3 & 4 Brake Fluid is a fully synthetic brake fluid based on

polyglycol-based brake fluid for disc and drum brake systems For hydraulically actuated brake and clutch systems

where a DOT 3 / DOT 4 brake fluid is prescribed by the manufacturer.

SPECIAL ADVANTAGES / INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Miscible with all DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 products.
• Particularly long-lasting brake fluid due to the high wet boiling point.
• High temperature resistance and stability due to the high dry boiling point.
• The typical dry boiling point of MOTUL DOT 3&4 (245°C / 473°F) exceeds the requirements of the DOT 3 (205°C mini / 401°F min) and DOT 4 (230°C mini / 466°F min) standards and thus enables effective braking even under difficult conditions.
• The typical wet boiling point of MOTUL DOT 3&4 (158°C / 316°F) is higher than the requirements of the DOT 3 (140°C min / 284°F min) and DOT 4 (155°C min / 311°F min) standards, allowing the product to be used for longer.
• High safety standard.
• Allows the brake system to work efficiently under extreme conditions.
• Corrosion resistant, neutral towards seals in the brake system.
• Replacement intervals: Between 12 and 24 months (depending on the manufacturer's recommendation).
• Carefully seal and store in the original container to prevent absorption of moisture.
• For safety reasons, brake fluids should not be topped up, but replaced!
