Thanks to the latest generation of SMD LED technology, Light Unit S guarantees three functions (blinker / tail light / brake light) with high light intensity and is one of the smallest, road-legal options in its category.
A new and innovative concept for Rizoma indicators, a rational design that contains in very small dimensions what is necessary to fulfill its function perfectly.
In addition, the light beam in the Light Unit extends longitudinally to the mounting point of the turn signal (instead of the usual 90° mounting), which increases the applicability and mounting possibilities, making Light Unit a new and innovative concept for Rizoma turn signals, a turn signal that can be mounted according to the user's needs without compromising aesthetics. These advantages are the basis for the Light Unit patent.

The wiring kit is required for blinker installation.
The Rizoma indicators are supplied with standard resistors (10 W / 15 Ω each).
To avoid error messages appearing in the cockpit of some motorcycles (only for BMW R nine T models from 2017), we recommend using our new EE149H resistors (3 W - 38 Ω) when fitting our universal indicators; the resistors supplied with the Rizoma indicators cannot be used here.
Please note that the Rizoma multifunction indicators (S series) also cover the functions of the position light and brake light and can therefore only be installed in cases where:
- Rizoma has developed a license plate holder with a specific cable set so that the OEM rear light can be eliminated by installing the multifunction indicators;
- or, if the motorcycle is equipped as standard with multifunction indicators and Rizoma has developed a specific wiring kit.
Consequently, we always recommend checking the list of products that are compatible with your motorcycle. If S-series indicators are not offered, this means that the specific license plate holder, if present, is not suitable for the removal of the OEM rear light or that no wiring harnesses are available to replace the OEM multifunction indicators.
