General

Of course, we comply with the legal requirements for the right of withdrawal. But we go even further and extend the legally prescribed period!

We grant our final customers a right of return of 90 days. If you find out within this period that the item does not fit, you are welcome to contact us and we will find a solution to the problem.

Procedure

Contact us within 90 days and announce the return. You can then find a suitable solution for you with one of our case workers. (Exchange, refund of the purchase price, ...)

Send us the goods including the completed return form in the package back to us. If you do not have a return form, you can download a blank return form here.

When we receive your return, it will be processed by a colleague. After that you will receive your refund or the desired item in exchange within a few days.

Important

If you claim an item because you don't like it or it doesn't meet your specifications, please make sure to return it to us in original quality only. Otherwise we will not be able to refund the full purchase price.

Also, you should send the goods in such a way that they cannot get broken or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we ask you to refrain from sending small parts such as gaskets or screws by mail.

 

Refund

If you pay by direct debit and return the item within 30 days, you do not need a credit note, because we will collect the invoice amount from your bank account only after this period. If you return only one item out of several, the debit amount will be conveniently reduced accordingly.

The refund of the purchase price will always be done in the same way as you paid it.

 

Delivery not received

If you have not received your package within 14 days (within Germany) and the reason for this is not clear from the tracking, you are welcome to contact us for clarification of the case with your customer or invoice number. (Outside Germany the limit is 3 weeks).
