Shipping Conditions

Possible payment methods:

We offer the following payment options: Bank debit (SEPA), prepayment, PayPal, credit card, cash on delivery and cash on collection.

The fastest, easiest and safest way is bank debit (SEPA-LSE*). We trust you and give you to our 90-day right of return when paying by Sepa-LSE* also.

30 days payment!

For the LSE debit order we need the consent of the customer (SEPA mandate) to debit invoice amounts from his account. If a SEPA mandate is granted, the invoice amount will only be debited after 30 days from the invoice date!
The exact debit date can be found on the invoice. In case of discrepancies, complaints, etc., the invoice amount can be reclaimed at any time by the customer within 8 weeks via his bank. If the customer's bank does not honor the direct debit due to lack of funds or if there are other reasons for non-payment for which the customer is responsible, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the costs incurred by us.

With the payment method cash on delivery the parcel service raises an additional fee, which we also charge. Cash on delivery packages can unfortunately not be sent to a parcel station.

Payment of the goods:

All prices quoted by us are end consumer prices ex Schwülper and include the statutory VAT. Our invoices are due immediately without deduction. In the case of a delivery, only the shipped items will be invoiced. If there are backlogs due to missing parts, they will be charged as soon as they can be shipped.

Displayed delivery times:

The stated delivery times refer to all payment methods except prepayment for deliveries within Germany. In the case of prepayment, the delivery time increases by 3 working days. The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Shipping within Germany:

Within Germany, you pay only one flat shipping rate for shipments of 25 kg each:

* SEPA-LSE only from 2. order and not for guest orders.
** For cash on delivery parcels, the parcel service charges an additional COD fee on site.

We deliver within Germany to end customers free of shipping costs from 150 € package value. Dealers get within Germany the goods from 1000 € parcel value free shipping.

The running time of the packages within Germany is 1-3 working days. As a package or postal service providers we use DHL and UPS.

We do not send items as letter or merchandise shipping!

Shipping abroad:

Shipments to foreign countries are calculated by weight. If your country is not in the list, usually the shipping costs for "Other countries" would be charged. But please ask again in this case. It may be that we find a cheaper shipping option for the desired recipient country than is listed under "Other countries". Deliveries to Switzerland, Norway and outside the EU are made without charging the German VAT.

The delivery time of the parcels to foreign countries will be displayed after selecting the desired country. For shipping abroad we use the parcel or postal service DHL and UPS.
