FAQ
How can I apply?
At Stein-Dinse, we like online applications. We save a lot of paper, do something for the environment and your application will be processed more quickly.
Please send us an e-mail to LStein@stein-dinse.com and attach your application as a pdf document. It should not be larger than 2-3 MB. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Word or similar file formats for security reasons.
If you prefer a more traditional format...no problem, of course you are also welcome to send us an application portfolio by post.

- CV with photo (alternatively on the cover sheet)

Your individual cover letter should state which position you are applying for, why you want to join the Stein-Dinse team and why you are the perfect person for it. Stay authentic and try to stand out from the crowd with a personal touch.
Please don't write your resume as a continuous text, but rather in tabular form.
You can present your CV very clearly if you divide it into blocks:

- School education
What qualifications have you obtained? Which schools and universities did you attend from when to when?
- Professional background or internships
Have you already completed vocational training? Briefly describe your activities in bullet points.
- Special knowledge and qualifications
Have you perhaps already done internships, been abroad or done voluntary work?
Whether you speak foreign languages, have a driving licence or are particularly good with certain programmes is also part of this

We, Stein-Dinse GmbH, are one of the leading suppliers of spare parts and accessories for Italian motorbikes. To strengthen our purchasing team, we are now looking for a committed Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis.
Your tasks:
- You ensure that our shelves are never empty - the procurement of motorbike parts and accessories is part of your daily business.
- You are our professional negotiator and liaise with national and international suppliers.
- Keep an eye on delivery dates? Sure, you have an overview!
- Master data maintenance in the merchandise management system - sounds dry, but it's super important.
- You work closely with colleagues from Sales, Warehouse and Logistics - teamwork is everything!
- You keep an eye on the market and find new, exciting sources of supply.
Your profile:
- Commercial training or comparable qualification - paper is patient, expertise is worth its weight in gold!
- First experience in purchasing? A direct hit! If not, no problem, as long as you're keen to get stuck in.
- Are motorbikes more than just two wheels and an engine for you? Perfect!
- You are no stranger to MS Office and ERP systems.
- Can you express yourself well - in German and English? Great!
- Strong communication skills, negotiating skills and a structured way of working round off your profile.
