QD Exhaust is a well-established industrial company with administrative and design offices, a production department and a well-stocked warehouse. The production standard is guaranteed by integrated, fully computerized quality control processes. Each individual component of QD products is identified by barcode coding. These testing procedures at all different stages of the production process guarantee the highest quality level of the exhaust systems.
The materials used are stainless steel, titanium, magnesium and carbon fiber. The latter are manufactured in-house by the QD COMPOSIT department.
The WIG welding seams are created by hand by long-standing specialists using tungsten inert gas welding equipment. This guarantees spatter-free welding seams of the highest quality.
The QD EXHAUST development department works with dynamic fluid models to constantly optimise the optimal exhaust flow through QD silencers. All prototypes are tested on the company's own test bench. All systems are dimensioned and calculated according to market requirements to offer maximum performance.
